Fabric: 40/2S fully combed high twist cotton yarn, with each color matched to the cylinder, woven and dyed.
Process: The machine uses STOLL German imported 14 needle flat woven fabric, and the entire garment takes nearly 110 minutes.
The patterns are inlaid techniques, and are drawn by professional and skilled craftsmen one-on-one against the original version with a few stitches. Not only is the overall size, but the position of each point remains consistent.
The small iconic logo on the back of the garment is made of fixed dyed mulberry silk yarn and woven with inlay technology, which is very eye-catching. It should be noted that the overall size of the pattern is more compact than the Paper plane short sleeve, and the size and font are also smaller, with almost no color difference.
The splicing of clothes requires the use of a 22 needle ultra fine seam sewing machine, which takes a long time but produces a more detailed and aesthetically pleasing effect.
After shrinking, washing, ironing, and removing dirt and wrinkles, the garment master manually picks and hooks the thread, and conducts a secondary inspection.
